Physical Goods
For physical goods, such as printed books, products, or materials, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it.
  • Refusal to return the item or tempering with it, may result in the claim being rejected as per our T&Cs and agreement letter.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@amzbookpublishers.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Digital Services

For our digital services, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your expectations are not met, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the amount of work completed.

To request a refund for digital services:

  2. Our team will review your case and determine the amount of the pro-rated refund based on the work completed.
