Return & Refund Policy
At AMZ Book Publishers, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible experience. This refund policy outlines our process for handling returns and refunds for both physical goods and digital services. Please read through this policy carefully.
Physical/Printed Goods
For physical goods, such as printed books, products, or materials, you can file a claim for return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The books must be free of physical damage, i.e., no torn pages, no stains, no water damage, etc.
- If the item arrived defective, the claim should be initiated within 7 days of acceptance of delivery. This is outside of the 30-day return window for standard returns.
- For any item, such as printed books, that are resold or re-distributed, i.e. from the client to their customers, the product must be returned first in order to process a claim on it. Refusal to return the item will nullify and void the claim.
- The first priority will always be an exchange with a fresh copy as a replacement for the original order unless decided by the company to compensate otherwise.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@amzbookpublishers.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your request. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees.
Digital Services
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our digital services. If your expectations are not met, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund based on the amount of work completed.
To request a refund for digital services:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@amzbookpublishers.com, or reach out to your Project Manager, providing your order number and a detailed description of your concerns.
- Our team will review your case and determine the amount of the pro-rated refund based on the work completed.
- A refund will not be provided if all work is completed, accepted by you, and no quality concerns are raised within 7 days of acceptance. Note that you are entitled to revisions for up to 30 days, and we strongly recommend utilizing this option to address any concerns. The revision window is voided if a refund claim is made.
- Please note, a change of heart is not considered a valid reason for return or refund. Our policy is designed to ensure that genuine concerns about the quality and delivery of our services are addressed, but we must maintain fairness and efficiency by excluding subjective or non-specific reasons for refunds.
